TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.lotussoulretrieval.com.au ("the Site"), owned and operated by Carly McEneny. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, downloadable files, and software, is the property of Carly McEneny and its creators and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

2. Acceptable Use You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Harass or harm other users;

  • Violate the rights of others;

  • Infringe intellectual property;

  • Attempt unauthorized access;

  • Post offensive or inappropriate content;

  • Engage in fraudulent activity.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

3. Sale of Goods and Services This Site offers the following:

  • Goods: Essential Oil Rollers

  • Services: Reiki, Sound Healing, Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique (EECT), Guided Meditations, Sound Bath Evenings, Day Retreats, Essential Oil Rituals

Services must be paid for in full upon booking unless a payment plan is selected. We reserve the right to update, modify, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms We accept the following methods:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit

By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method. We may cancel any order or transaction suspected of breaching laws or these terms.

5. Payment Plans

  • Eligibility: Available for select offerings.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Schedule: Remaining payments due on specified dates.

  • Defaults: Late payments may lead to cancellation and immediate payment of outstanding balance.

  • Amendments: Terms may change; clients will be notified.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Method: Standard delivery by post (5–7 business days).

  • Charges: Delivery fees apply.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for correct shipping details. We are not liable for misdelivery due to inaccurate information.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Goods: Non-refundable.

  • Services:

    • Reiki, EECT, Aroma Bliss, Sound Healing: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance.

    • Retreats: Refund (minus deposit) if cancelled 30+ days prior. 25% refund if cancelled between 15–29 days prior. No refund will be given if cancelled within 14 days of the retreat start date unless a suitable replacement participant is found and confirmed.

    • All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness or change of personal circumstances. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes or cancellations, as we are unable to offer further refunds beyond the policy outlined.

8. Disclaimer of Health Advice All information and services are intended for general well-being and do not substitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for seeking qualified healthcare support as needed.

9. Assumption of Risk Participation in offerings (including retreats, rituals, yoga, breathwork) is voluntary and at your own risk. By engaging with our services, you confirm your ability to safely participate.

10. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or venue issues.

11. Media Release By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded, and grant permission for use of such media in Lotus Soul Retrieval marketing. If you wish to opt-out, you must notify us in writing beforehand.

12. Retreat Bookings By booking a retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all relevant terms, including cancellation, refund, and liability policies.

13. Limitation of Liability Carly McEneny and associated parties will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Site or participation in our services.

14. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carly McEneny and affiliates from claims related to your use of this Site or breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

16. Severability If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.

17. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site and/or emailed to users where applicable.
